Our Woodlands Floor Plan, is one of our most popular plans. We can make it larger, smaller, wider, longer and change the interior to fit your needs! This house starts at approximately $100/square foot to build in Georgia and North Carolina. The price may vary depending on subcontractors, townships, zoning codes, and the way you want to finish your home etc. An approximate Log package cost is roughly: $60,000.00. This would include all materials we manufacture (Beams, Decking (for the Roof), Posts (including porch posts), Girders, 8" Round Southern Yellow Pine Logs) for the dry-in phase of your home. You will need to supply Labor, porch materials (other than posts and decking), windows, doors etc.
