Few people, if any have ever had the perspective of Timeshare Industry as Jerry Wilkes, he’s done it all! Jerry started working for a developer doing in house sales in 1989. Realizing a need for a viable resale market he started Georgia’s first and only timeshare Resale Company. He became the on sight resale broker for Mountain Lakes Resort, Alpine Crest Resort, Loreley Resort and Unicoi Springs Resort. He worked with the Georgia Real Estate commission to help pass the “No Up Front Fee laws”. He was one of the first to sell resort property on EBAY and has helped thousands of resort property owners buy and sell. In 2006 he sold his resale company – but today he still continues to assist owners that can’t sell. “I’ve worked with owners, developers, resort associations and have owned several timeshare weeks myself.
